New members Metal Marty Chandler guitar and Captain Von Streicher drums have injected a lot of life into the proceedings, making this the finest record to come out of the genre in at least a decade. Well done!! First Supersuckers release with new guitarist, and first release in 5 years or so. Great, great album.
This isn't at quite the same breakneck pace as other releases from the past but it still rocks very hard. Not a bad tune on the album. Please get out and support these guys. Great kick-ass from start to finish. A good solid effort from a perrenial favorite. Modern music lacks rock and roll feel like this. I have been looking forward to this CD since I saw them in November and they played 3 new songs off the soon-to-be released new record. Definitely another classic SSk disc.
This baby tears off the starting line and heads straight through the telephone pole. Can't wait to see 'em tearing it up live again. Play Loud! Ok album. Some good songs, some mediocre songs. Not sure what direction the band is going in. Longtime fan. It's a boot in the ass with gas to pass, none too subtle and heavy on crass.
A shining middle finger to the Regurgaturd class with booze and pills and piles of grass! God bless you Eddie Spaghetti. It's the Supersuckers so it's automatically awesome. Only someone who doesn't like Rock and Roll would give this less than 5 stars See all reviews. Top reviews from other countries. A return to form after the disappointing Get It Together. These guys should be household names and it puzzles me that they aren't, while the drab Kings Of Leon, who do a similar thing less well are huge.
One person found this helpful. The previews I've heard are great. Eddie and the boys sound fab! Problem is - that's all i can hear. Arrived promptly and as described Brilliant album The Supersuckers truly are the "best rock n roll band in the world". Report abuse. Some great stuff here. The first few tracks are mighty even if it does trail off towards the end.
